match.IT! – IT-Matchmaking-Event "eHomecare/eHealthcare" – Innovative companies are looking for international market entrance.

On 27 April 2006 already the 8th match.IT! event – organised within eSchwechat.at, Schwechat's Information Society Initiative – takes place. Focus this time will be "eHomecare/eHealthcare".
One of the most exciting chapters in the history of digital technologies is eHealthcare/eHomecare. Within a few years innovative companies have developed a wide range of applications ranging from hospital administration to digital archives for x-ray images, telemedicine, testing and therapeutic aids. Such applications do not only facilitate various procedures but in many cases are at the origin of entirely new methods.
The range of applications is very heterogeneous and can be considered as a new discipline within Information and Communication Technologies.
Numerous companies in Austria and the neighbouring countries have developed interesting new products which, considered the size of Central European home markets, must go abroad.
Within match.IT! – the IT matchmaking event of Schwechat’s Information Society Initiative eSchwechat.at – businesses from Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Germany and other parts of the EU can get to know their future partners for project development, distribution or export.
match.IT!, organized by ITBeurope, Innovation Consultancy and defrag your mind within eSchwechat.at, thus offers new opportunities for your company, e.g. by discovering new markets without hiring new staff.
The start of match.IT! is all about information transfer: short focus-talks on the subject set will give insight into the theme and experiences by experts. In the second part of the event, the buffet and pre-scheduled one-to-one matchmaking meetings will see new contacts forged, existing contacts intensified, cooperation planned and both ideas and expertise brought together – all in a pleasant atmosphere.
Registration fee for match.IT! is EUR 120.-, all talks will be held in English. The event starts at 9.30am at Schloss Rothmühle (Rothmuehle Castle) and lasts till 5.00pm. Registration on www.eSchwechat.at is required. Please register as soon as possible, since the number of participants is limited to 40.
